Plymouth, Michigan-Freudenberg-NOK has promoted Dr Theodore Duclos to vice president, operations and technology.
Duclos's new role makes him responsible for helping Freudenberg-NOK meet its goals in "quality, flawless launch and operational efficiency." He will do this by being in charge of integrating various functions, including quality, technology, manufacturing and Growtth (Get Rid of Waste Through Team Harmony).
Growtth is Freudenberg-NOK's company-wide continuous improvement programme.
