Tokyo - Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd.'s Hangzhou Yokohama Tire Co. Ltd. subsidiary in Hangzhou, China, has secured ISO 14001 certification covering environmental management systems.
The qualification of Hangzhou Yokohama Tire brings to 15 the number of Yokohama operations certified under ISO 14001, the company said.
Hangzhou Yokohama was established in December 2001 and started making radial passenger tyres in 2003.
