Cabot elects two new vice-presidents

Boston, Massachussetts - Cabot Corp. has announced the election of two vice presidents of the Company:

Irene Sudac, treasurer, joined Cabot in March, 2005, responsible for global treasury operations. Prior to working at Cabot, Ms. Sudac worked at Philips Electronics North America, in Atlanta, Georgia and New York City for nine years.

Yakov Kutsovsky, who was named Global Director of Research & Development in November, 2005, joined Cabot as an Engineering Associate in 1996. While at Cabot, Mr. Kutsovsky has held several key R&D positions including R&D Manager for Cabot's fumed metal oxides (FMO) product line and Senior Engineering Associate for Cabot's rubber blacks product line.
