Rubber Resources buys Re-Tyre activities
Maastricht, The Netherlands - Rubber Resources BV has bought full control of the Re-Tyre group which has rubber recycling activities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
On 30 March, Rubber Resources BV, part of the former Vredestein Holding (now Rubber Resources Holding NV), acquired the interests of AVR-Milieuservices NV (part of the AVR
group) in the tyre recycling operator Re-Tyre in Lommel /Belgium, as well as the interests in the Re-Tyre Holding based in the Netherlands. This means the entire Re-Tyre group is now under the control of Rubber Resources BV.
Through this takeover Rubber Resources said it is able to offer a broader range of services to its clients, while also extending its opportunities for its suppliers.
