Puteaux Cedex, France - Speciality chemicals distributor Safic-Alcan has agreed to fully acquire Czech chemical distributor Hubron Speciality Products, which will become Safic-Alcan Cesko.
''Hubron Speciality Products is a Czech distributor of chemical specialities and has in-depth knowledge of the rubber markets,'' Safic-Alcan president Martial Lecat said.
''This acquisition will give the Safic-Alcan group a direct presence on the Czech market, which will allow it to develop the geographic coverage for all the industries contracting the group's services."
