Denver, Colorado --Â Gates Corp., the largest non-tyre manufacturer of
automotive and industrial products, has acquired ENZED-Fleximak Ltd.
Gates Corp. President Richard Bell said
the acquisition of the Dubai-based company will create strong
opportunities for Gates to enter the Gulf region with hose,
fittings, and assembly and mobile services.
ENZED-Fleximak has seven branches in the
region, and the collective market size for fluid transfer products in
the region is estimated to be worth $160 million a year.
