Bekaert appoints former Procter & Gamble director as new CFO
Brussels - Steel cord manufacturer Bekaert has brought in former Procter & Gamble director Bruno Humblet as its new chief financial officer.
Humblet will succeed Bert De Graeve, who was promoted to chief executive officer at Brussels-based firm's annual general meeting on 10 May.
''Bruno brings a lot of business and finance experience. He has also a proven track record of leading effectively international teams,'' De Graeve said.
Humblet, a Belgian national, was Procter & Gamble's director of treasury (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
