Degussa lifts price of rubber silanes by 10-15 %

Frankfurt am Main, Germany -- Degussa AG will raise the price of its rubber silanes by between 10 and 15 percent on 1 Oct.

The nature of the increases will depend on product grade and geographical region, the German chemical firm said.

"Price adjustments have become necessary due to increased of cost for energy raw material and logistics which Degussa is no longer in a position to absorb," a Degussa statement said.
