Latest IISRP / IRSG stats now available
Houston, Texas - The International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP) has published the 2006 edition of Worldwide Rubber Statistics, a key source of data about synthetic rubber and manufacturing capacities, and is making copies available to interested parties.
This edition of the 100+ page book, which has been published annually for the last 26 years, contains the joint IISRP/IRSG forecast for synthetic rubber. In addition, it has revisions to other elastomer type capacities as the synthetic rubber market continues to be dynamic, said , according to James McGraw, IISRP's managing director & CEO
The A4-sized book provides an analysis of capacity by elastomer type, by geographical distribution, and by corporate ownership - primarily of factories controlled by IISRP members. Data from non-member organisations is limited, and sometimes omitted completely. It also features a graphics section that emphasises statistics in easy-to-read format and a section on capacities of synthetic rubber production facilities throughout the world, including a section on planned and announced expansions of synthetic rubber plants.
The book is available on the IISRP Web site for $1050 for the general public and $20 000 for non-member producers
