London - A couple of weeks ago, with the new website, we changed the login procedure. This has led to an increase in the number of enquiries we have received about logins.
ERJ has a policy that for each paid subscription, one magazine is sent out and one password to the website is issued. The password is for the sole use of the individual subscriber.
We have had to change the login procedure to use an email address and a password because we found that some people were sharing their passwords with colleagues and friends.
ERJ passwords are not transferable. Users who abuse their password may find that their access to the site is blocked temporarily until they confirm that they will not abuse the system in future.
