Yokohama's Advan Sport tyre approved for Brabus Rocket coupe
Tokyo -- Yokohama Rubber Co.'s Advan Sport (V103) tyre brand has been approved by Brabus GmbH for its Brabus Rocket, a sports coupe based on the Mercedes-Benz CLS, and Brabus MV12, a sports utility vehicle.
The German car tuner and manufacturer has been in a partnership with Yokohama for the development of tyres since last year.
The Rocket is capable of speeds up to 350 km/h and the Advan Sport tyre has been developed for stable running at extreme speeds of over 300 km/h.
