SRI Sports shares rise on 1st day of trading
Tokyo - Shares of SRI Sports Ltd closed up 1000 points at ¥185000 on the first day of trading. The shares opened at ¥184 000, immediately fell to ¥181 000 and rose to a high of ¥192 000 before closing slightly up on the day. The parent sold a tranche of 115 000 shares at a pre-market price of 190 000.
SRI sports Ltd, established in 2003, is a spin-off from Sumitomo Rubber Industries and makes sports equipment, notably golf balls, golf clubs and accessories
