Fishman to sell Alliance to private investors - report
Tel Aviv - Eliezer Fishman has reportedly signed an Memorandum of Understanding to sell his direct and indirect holdings in Alliance Tire to a group of investors for $48 million, a premium of 20 percent over the market value.
Accordig to Globes Online, an Israeli media source also owned by Fishman, the MoU is valid for ten weeks and prevents Fishman from negotiating with any third parties during that period.
Alliance has one factory based in Hadera, Israel and specialises in agricultural and flotation tyres for off-road applications in forestry and agriculture.
