Trelleborg's roofing acquisition finalised

Trelleborg, Sweden-Swedish polymer specialist, Trelleborg AB has acquired Hetag Tagmaterialer A/S, a Danish distributor of roofing products. The Danish company has about 20 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 100 million (US$13.96 million).

In conjunction with the acquisition, a contract was signed consisting of an option to acquire, within a year, the entire Hetag Group's roof contracting operations (Hetag Takdaekning A/S, Trekantens Tagenterprise ApS and Nordisk Tagenterprise A/S). These businesses have have annual sales of approximately SEK 300 M (US$ 41.98 million).
