Leverkusen, Germany - In a restructuring of Lanxess AG's Board, Dr. Rainier van Roessel, current head of Lanxess' Rubber Chemicals unit has been promoted to the main board.
Dr. Ulrich Koemm continues his role on the board, with responsibility for performance rubber and technical rubber products.
Both Axel Heitmann and Matthias Zachert have had their positions extended for a further five years.
