Brickendonbury, UK -Â Peter Allen died suddenly on 24 December.
Peter Allen spent a career in the natural rubber business much of it with the Malaysian Rubber Producers' Research Association (MRPRA) at Brickendonbury in the UK (Now known as the Tun Abdul Razak Research Laboratory). During this time he wrote the seminal book on the techno-economic potential of Natural Rubber in 1975. He concluded a long career at MRPRA as head of the International Rubber Research and Development Board (IRRDB).
The funeral will be held on Monday, 8th January at 10 a.m, at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Harpenden. The family is accepting floral tributes.
