Study shows latex allergies driving medical glove sales
Dublin, Ireland - A report into the medical gloves market in the US says latex allergy issues are driving sales of alternative gloves into the US.
The Frost & Sullivan research service titled US Medical Gloves Markets claims to provide an overview of the effects of market conditions and product evolution, estimated revenues and market share, along with analysis of key market drivers, restraints, and trends that are affecting manufacturers' research and development, and healthcare providers' spending. In this research service, say the researchers, their analysts thoroughly examine the following markets: NRL powder, NRL powder free, nitrile, vinyl and synthetic glove markets within the exam and surgical segments.
The 80-page report was first published in December 2006, and is available for around €5000, depending on the type of licence.
