Amtel-Vredestein director resigns

Moscow - Amtel-Vredestein NV said it has accepted the resignation of Executive Board member, Anne van 't Veer. Van 't Veer, Managing Director at Amsterdam Trade Bank NV, a subsidiary of Russia's Alfa-Bank. He joined the Amtel-Vredestein Executive Board in September 2006.

"We thank Mr. Van 't Veer for his brief, but valuable contribution," said Alexei Gurin, Amtel-Vredestein CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board. The company said it does not expect to replace him in the short term.
