LEL distribution network members to work towards REACH targets

Milan, Italy - Members of the LEL group - an alliance of chemical distribution companies - will work together to ensure they meet the requirements of the REACH legislation.

Thge five member companies said they wil work together with customers and suppliers to meet the requirements. In a statement, the companies said, "The LEL REACH Implementation Process uses resources developed by each LEL-Group member in conjunction with the advisory services of REACH implementation companies in multiple EU countries. Suppliers to the LEL-Group and to individual LEL-Group companies will benefit from an integrated European wide approach to substance registration under REACH."

LEL-Group is the alliance of Technical Distribution Specialists C H Erbslöh KG, Lake Chemicals and Minerals Ltd., Lavollée Chimie S.A., Urai SpA, and Zeus Quimica SA operating out of 12 companies in Europe with sales of over €150 million to more than 5,000 customers.
