Goodyear rewarded Keegan with $17.3 million in 2006. And two sets of tyres
Akron -Â Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co has declared the compensation packages and stock holdings of its senior board members.
Chief Executive Robert Keegan was compensated with a total of $17.3 million. made up of a base salary of $1.133 million, bonus of $2.244 million, various stock and pension options and payment of $8 million under the 2004 - 2006 Executive Performance Plan.
Richard Kramer, CFO, received a total of $3.892 million, made up of a base salary of $507 033, bonus of $667 400, various stock and pension options and payment of $2 million under the 2004 - 2006 Executive Performance Plan.
Jonathan Rich, president of the North Americal Tyre unit, received a total of $3.421 million, made up of a base salary of $451 733, bonus of $200 000, various stock and payment of $2 million under the 2004 - 2006 Executive Performance Plan.
Thomas Harvie, General Counsel and Secretary, received a total of $3.408 million, made up of a base salary of $453 367, bonus of $411 800, various stock and pension options and payment of $1.6 million under the 2004 - 2006 Executive Performance Plan.
Joseph M. Gingo , CTO, received a total of $3.231 million, made up of a base salary of $382 000, bonus of $351 000, various stock and pension options and payment of $1.2 million under the 2004 - 2006 Executive Performance Plan.
All four executives were entitled to payments of around $20 000 to cover "home security system installation and monitoring expenses, personal financial planning services, personal use of company aircraft, annual dues for club memberships, the cost of annual physical exams, and provision of up to two sets of automobile tyres per year."
