Dormagen, Germany - Lanxess said it has added two industry specialists to the polybutadiene customer support team at the Dormagen site and promoted a third in North America.
Alex Lucassen previously worked in the compound development unit of an unidentified European tyre manufacturer. He wil work with the Dormagen team.
David Hardy comes from the Cabot Chemicals Group, where he was technical sevice manager and specialised in the interactions between PBR products and fillers such as carbon black.
Lanxess also announced that Judy Hannay, who began her career at Lanxess as a Senior Research Associate in Sarnia, will take over the position of Technical Marketing Manager NAFTA (USA, Mexico and Canada) in Orange, Texas.
