Lanxess 'not involved' in CR investigation
Leverkusen, Germany - Lanxess AG has said it is not involved in any way in the on-going investigation into alleged price fixing of polychloroprene rubber (CR) by the European Commission.
Dr Günther Weymans, senior vice-president of the company with responsibility for the polychloroprene activities said the company has not received any communications from the EC in connection with the alleged cartel, and is not involved in any way with the investigation.
