Medicine Hat, Canada -Â Cancarb Ltd, the Canadian producer of thermal blacks has signed two new distribution agreements in Europe.
Nordmann, Rassmann GmbH (NRC) will handle Cancarb's Thermax brand products in Germany and Austria, effective from 1 September 2007.
IMCD Czech Republic will handle Thermax in the Czech Republic, also effective from 1 September 2007.
David Carmichael, President, Cancarb said of the NRC deal, "We look forward to an open and collaborative relationship with NRC that will allow us to serve existing customers better and help others improve their products with Thermax."
Referring to the IMCD agreement, Carmichael said, "IMCD Czech Republic has a very good understanding of the markets in Czech and shares common values and business philosophies with Cancarb. We look forward to working closely with them to better serve existing Thermax customers in the Czech market and help others improve their products with Thermax."
