Audax buys Lewis-Goetz in US

Boston, Massachusetts - Audax Group has completed the acquisition of Lewis-Goetz and Company, Inc. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Lewis-Goetz is a distributor of fabricated rubber industrial products in North America, serving the power generation, aggregate, coal mining, steel, and general industrial end markets.

David Goetz, Chief Executive Officer of Lewis-Goetz, will continue to lead the management team.
