London - The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) has released five Secretariat Conference Papers (SCPs), which are presentations delivered by IRSG staff at conferences and seminars. They are now available for Member Governments and Panel of Associates Members and can be downloaded from the website of the IRSG.
