REACh-IT was not saturated on last day of pre-registration period
ERJ staff report (DS)
Helsinki, Finland -- EChA, the European Chemicals Agency charged with implementing REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of CHemicals) legislation said usage of its REACH-IT software was lower than expected yesterday. "Our monitoring shows that system response times are fast . A pre-registration web form was however enabled yesterday morning to ensure that even in the unlikely event of REACH-IT unavailability companies could continue their submissions."
The number of pre-registrations has doubled in the last week, to 2.2 million.
