Newmarket, Ontario -- AirBoss of America Corp. has sold the assets of its railway track fastening products business headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri to Amsted RailCompany Inc. . The business will continue to operate under the trade name AirBoss Railway Products.
The railway business does not use rubber products, though Airboss offers compounds and other goods.
