Dow shakes up organisational structure

Midland, Michigan - Dow Chemical Company has announced a new leadership team to drive forward the company's new operating model.
Among the new appointments, Heinz Haller will be named executive vice president for the Health, Agriculture and Infrastructure Group, as well as oversight responsibility of corporate marketing. Dow's Automotive and Elastomers units are two of the businesses in the group. Haller will become the lead executive from Dow to the Dow Corning Board of Directors.
“Now more than ever we must recommit ourselves to the transformational path we began three years ago,†said Dow ceo Andrew Liveris. “We have an exceptional opportunity to take our new portfolio and operating model to places that we could only imagine a few short years ago, and this new team has the talent to take us there,†he added.
