Hanover, Germany-Delticom, one of Europe's leading online tyre retailers said it has won TÃœV certification for its online shops for 2009. The TÃœV seal S@fer Shopping has been granted to 15 of the company's online shops, indicates to customers a safer online purchase.
There are strict requirements for the TÃœV award, which is renewed every year in extensive tests. The certification focuses on areas such as e.g. user-friendliness and transparency of the relevant shops. Amongst others, TÃœV requires that online customers find a clear menu navigation, which allows them to complete the purchase process easily.
