Brussels - The European Commission (EC) has recently published a list of mergers and acquisitions currently under review, including the proposed acquisitions of Columbian Chemicals by One Equity Partners.
One Equity Partners, a private equity investment business managing investments and commitments for JPMorgan Chase & Co., is to acquire the carbon black producer Columbian Chemicals Holding LLC with a deadline for approval set for 3 March.
