Pat Brown retires from Cooper, joins Dealer Strategic Planning

Virginia Beach, Virginia -- Dealer Strategic Planning Inc. (DSP) has added Pat Brown as a facilitator for its 20 Group organisation.
Ms. Brown, former vice president of corporate branding and communications for Cooper Tire & Rubber Co., recently retired from the company after 40 years of service, a Cooper spokeswoman said.
“She retired from Cooper and we made a couple of organisational changes based on her retirement,†the spokeswoman said. “Her major duties and responsibilities were divided accordingly.â€
Michelle Zeisloft will handle media inquiries as Cooper's manager of media relations; Cathy Hissong, director of corporate communications for Cooper, will be responsible for internal communications for the company; and Curtis Schneekloth, director of investor relations, will handle communications for all investor related issues.
In her new role, Ms. Brown will be responsible for directing marketing efforts for DSP's 20 Group. The company said the addition of Ms. Brown will help to attract dealers and provide a resource for advertising and marketing assistance.
