L'Adventure Michelin launched

Clermont-Ferrand, France - L'Adventure Michelin, a tribute to the company's past, present and future, will open to the public on 31 March 2009, on the Cataroux industrial site in northern Clermont-Ferrand in France, the company said 25 March.
The exhibition traces the development of different means of transport and mobility and includes displays such as the Madagascar Micheline, a train on tyres designed in the 1930s, the first removable tyre used by the winner of the Paris-Brest-Paris cycling race, and the Michelin car that took part in the world's first automobile race.
Visitors will be able to build their own tour using the range of multimedia screens and interactive displays, the company said.
