Tokai restructures non-rubber business units

Tokyo -- Tokai Rubber Industries, Ltd. has announced a minor corporate reorganisation. It has discontinued its Laminated Products Business Unifollowing the transfer of its FPC and FFC base materials related businesses to an outside business unit.

In addition, LAP (Laminate Aluminum Polyethylene) Office has been newly established in Tokai's Industrial Products and Materials Business Unit for running continuing LAP business, managing personnel dispatched to the business unit, which takes laminated product business, and supporting various business activities.
