Trelleborg announces terms for Rights issue

Trelleborg, Sweden -- Trelleborg has announced the terms of its rights issue. Due to legal restrictions, ERJ is not allowed to publish the information where readers based in certain parts of the world, including United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong or Japan, might see the information.

Through the issue, Trelleborg hopes to raise around SEK 2000 million (Euro 193 million) and is due to close on 19 May.
