Trelleborg publishes prospectus for Rights Issue

Stockholm, Sweden -- Trelleborg AB has published the prospectus for its Rights Issue. The company aims to raise up to SEK 2,169 million (Euro 204 million) to, "strengthen Trelleborg's financial position and to increase the ability of the Group to take advantage of the opportunities occurring in the current economic climate."
