Arburg to present inject moulding unit at IRC 2009

Lossburg, Germany - Arburg, a German manufacturer of multi-component injection moulding technology, will present an automation solution at the IRC 2009 conference in Nuremberg, Germany, 29 June - 2 July 2009, the company said recently.
Airburg said the solution will be “built around an energy-efficient electric Allrounder 470 A with two horizontally-mounted injection units in an L configuration.†A vertical Multilift V robotic system will also be presented.
“The IRC offers the ideal platform for entering into direct contact with rubber producers,†said Eberhard Lutz, Arburg area sales manager Germany. “With our two-component Allrounder 470 A, we will be presenting a machine that is able to process elastomer and thermoplastic with a high degree of automation,†he added.
