Daetwyler Rubber facility ISO 14001 certified

Schattdorf, Switzerland - Daetwyler Rubber, has received ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system at the company's facility in Schattdorf, Switzerland.

The certification was granted in March in the presence of representatives of the Neosys company, the Canton Uri Office for the Environment, and the in-house environmental team, the company said 27 May.

As part of the ISO 14001 process, the company will continue to “systematically reduce production-related environmental impact and potential dangers,” Daetwyler added.

The company said that over the next few years all Daetwyler sites are to be ISO 14001 certified.

Daetwyler is a specialist in sealing and insulation rubber technology.
