Nizhnekamsk, Tartarstan -- Nizhnekamskneftekhim OAO said its business suffered in the fourth quarter, as the global downturn took effect.
Earlier in the year 2008, it said, it brought on stream a new line making polybutadiene rubber based on lithium catalyst (PBR-L).
