BTMA clarifies EU tyre noise regulations

London -- The British Tyre Manufacturers' Association (BTMA) has issued a list of current and pending tyre legislation relating to noise limits. A number of firms have contactede ERJ opver the last few months seeking more information about EU tyre noise legislation. Notably the rules due to come in this October.

The document summarises regulations due to come into force on 1 October 2009; on 1 October 2010 and on 1 October 2011.
