Eastlake, Ohio -- Rubber Molding Technology Inc. said that the bankruptcy proceedings of Italian machinery maker Rutil SRL will not impact its business as agent and support company for Rutil in North America.
RMT said it will continue to provide support for parts and service on Rutil injection moulding machinery to all Rutil and RMT customers worldwide.
“RMT is working to broaden support and sourcing for parts and service, and to always improve the level of support for customers in these difficult economic times,†the Eastlake-based firm said in a statement. “RMT is confident that a renewed company will emerge in the future to better serve the machinery needs of the rubber industry."
