Wennemer takes up post with truck company

Wiesbaden, Germany -- The Kion Group GmbH shareholders' assembly has appointed Manfred Wennemer (62) as a shareholder representative on the company's supervisory board. He will take up his duties on 1 July 2009 and succeeds Till Hufnagel, executive director at Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, who is to step down with effect from 30 June
2009.
The Kion Group, with its Linde, Still, OM and Baoli brands, is
Europe's market leader in industrial trucks, the global number two in
the industry and the leading international supplier in China. The
Kion Group employed over 21,000 people and generated revenue of
around euro 4.6 billion in the 2008 financial year.
