ERJ staff report (DS)
Paris -- Michelin has published the fourth edition of its Performance and Responsibility (PRM) report, focussing on the 2007-2008 period.
The document summarises progress regarding Michelin's sustainable development approach, titled, Michelin Performance and Responsibility. It is designed around the five stages of the tyre's life: tyre design, raw materials and purchasing, tyre manufacturing, commercialisation of tyres and tyres in use, and end-of-life recovery.
This 80-page document details the Group's perspective on the issues of road mobility and the tyre industry. Then, for each stage of the tyre's life, it explains the actions deployed and objectives achieved.
