Mumbai, India -- Indian researchers have published a new report titled, Indian Tyre Industry. The 97-page report was first published in March 2009 and is available for a price of $1000 ( around Euro 720), depending on delivery options.
The publishers say, "ndustry was on a smooth ride till FY08. The industry tonnage production registered a 5-year Compounded Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 8.02% between FY03-08. The largest category of Truck & Bus (T&B) tyres recorded a 5-year CAGR of 5.90% while Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV), motorcycle and car tyre categories grew at 13.34%, 12.27% and 13.98%, respectively in this period."
