Max Mosley affirms decision to stand down as FIA president

Geneva -- In a letter to all FIA member clubs, FIA President Max Mosley has confirmed that he will not be a candidate for the organisation's presidency on 23 October this year.
Mosley said he has already re-arranged his life, and needs to spend more time with his faamily, as he approaches his 70th birthday.
