Enschede, Netherlands -- Amtel-Vredestein N.V.is to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The EGM will be held at 10 a:m (Amsterdam time) on 02 September 2009, at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Centre, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The aim of the meeting is to report on financial progress since the company went into bankruptcy proceedings and sold its subsidiary, Vredestein Banden BV to Apollo Tyres.
