IRSG meeting to coordinate with CRIA conference in March 2010

Singapore -- The International Rubber Study Group and the China Rubber Industry Association have said the China Rubber Conference and the World Rubber Summit for the year 2010 will be jointly hosted in Qingdao, People's Republic of China at the end of March. The theme of the joint conference is: 'Differing roads to recovery: managing the challenges'

The joint 2010 World Rubber Summit and China Rubber Conference will take place on 23 and 24 March 2010. At least 700 participants are expected from China and abroad. In addition to the joint conference, a field trip will be organised by the China Rubber Industry Association on 25 March; visits will be made to Qingdao Sailun Co., Ltd., a new tyre factory located at the Fuyuan Industrial Park, as well as to Qingdao International Rubber Exchange Market.

The International Rubber Study Group Assembly of Nations will be held during 26 and 27 March 2010. Further details will be made available nearer to the date.
