Cardinal Health takes Tillotson licence for nitrile gloves

Lexington, Massachusetts -- Tillotson Corp. said rival glove maker Cardinal Health has licensed a Tillotson U.S. patent for nitrile disposable gloves.

"We are very pleased to have Cardinal Health join almost three dozen U.S. and international licensees of our patent," said Tillotson Vice President Rick Tillotson. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The move follows Tillotson's 2007 action for patent infringement on nitrile disposable gloves.
