ANRPC Rubber conference to be held 4 Nov 2009

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - The Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC) has announced its Annual Rubber Conference 2009 will be held on 4 Nov in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
The one-day conference will take place at the New World Hotel Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City and will have the theme: 'Beyond the Crisis: Emerging Asia and Oppertunities for Natural Rubber', the ANRPC said in a recent statement.
The opening ceremony will begin at 9:30am and the concluding session will finish at 5:30pm. The day will be divided into three main sessions:
• Overview of Global Supply and Demand of Rubber and the Outlook
• Rubber Industry in ANRPC Member Countries: Present status, opportunities, challenges and strategies
• Rubber Goods Manufacturing Industry: Present status, opportunities, challenges and strategies in the context of an uncertain global economy
There will also be a panel discussion on: Emerging Asia and the Future of Rubber Industry: Opportunities, Challenges and Strategies for Natural Rubber Producers, the ANRPC said. For more information visit: http://www.anrpc.org/index.htm
