Lanxess and RAS sign cooperation agreement

Leverkusen, Germany - Speciality chemicals group Lanxess AG and the Russian Academy of Science (RAS) have signed a cooperative research agreement to to actively exchange information on scientific trends and innovative research developments as well as initiate cooperation projects, Lanxess announced 24 Sept.

“This cooperation agreement clearly underlines our company's long-term approach to the Russian market and will contribute strongly to out innovation-driven product strategy,” said Werner Breuers, member of the Board of Management of Lanxess.

“We are looking forward to this cooperation with Lanxess, which will be of mutual benefit,” said Sergey Aldoshin, vice president of the Russian Academy of Science.
