Metcalfe stands down as LMI's CEO

Delta, British Columbia, Canada -- Machine vision supplier LMI Technologies has appointed Terry Arden as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. He replaces Len Metcalfe, a founder of LMI Technologies. Metcalfe continues to serve as Chairman of the Board and remains the largest shareholder staying actively involved in the industry and success of LMI.
Since joining LMI seven years ago, Arden has served as Chief Technical Officer of the company. Previously, Arden built a machine vision software company that he sold to LMI before joining the company as CTO.
LMI Technologies has offices in Europe in Sweden and The Netherlands.
